"Tvashta" as an idea was conceived by
late shri K.C. Chawla, the founder of the company and was registered as a Private Limited Company on 8th October, 1990 and thus TVASHTA ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED was born. It started its working on 2nd June, 1993 as Job work plating unit.

The expansion plans of "Tvashta" generated a full fledged manufacturing unit of Bicycle Hubs and started its commercial production and marketing its brand "Tvashta" from 1st May, 1998.

Hub axles, Hub cones, Hub cups, the internal components of Bicycle Hubs are also in-house manufactured.

Tvashta is run by Chawla Family, having vast experience in the field of Bicycle components manufacturing and are in this line since 1970. Tvashta is expanding its manufacturing and marketing activities under the leadership of its promoters Mr. Parag Chawla & Mr. Puneet Chawla who are both engineering graduates.

At Tvashta, its the team spirit which work's round the clock to perform the best in every field with a zeal to perform still better every day.

Environment Friendly Unit :

All the effluent from the unit is treated in the effluent treatment plant. The unit has got necessary sanctions from appropriate authorities regarding concent to operate the treatment and plating plants.

Tvashta's team of qualified & trained quality personnel ensures & follow quality assurance system's including petrol Inspection and cent percent inspection of critical operations.
